My God is awesome

This past week has shown me such awesomeness of God.

Yeah I’m a Christian – been that for years but that what makes God so awesome. He’s always flooring me.

I have been a stinking wreck. Big time but I’ve been calling out to Him. In my weakness? In my fear? In my anxiety? I called out to Him.

In my doubts people.

In my … humanness I cried out to Him. And what did He do? He answered big time.

No cancer. The doctors went into surgery puzzled as to what was in my neck.

I can talk. The surgeon came into recovery convinced I wasn’t gonna be able to talk. I am talking!

No matter what you feel, how you look, whatever you are going through? God will be there for you. All you hafta do is call out to Him. He knows we are human and that we are gonna fail. No matter what mess you are in – or how you feel? Call out to God. He will be there.

In my distress I called upon the LORD,

And cried out to my God;

He heard my voice from His temple,

And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.

Psalms 18:6

And friend, if you are thinking: God wouldn’t do that for me? Talk to Him. You are His child if you confess your sins and admit you need Him. He will ALWAYS be there.

⁸ But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
