Yall know how I had that conversation recently with my kids: how to change the world when you are scared to share the gospel. Just be you right?
I was checking out in Walmart and we got a cashier that was awesomely abled. The entire conversation he quizzed me about the different states close to Virginia. This was not out of my wheelhouse as I am used to these type of conversations, so I answered as best as I could. In the next lane though – a woman started laughing and tried to interrupt our conversation.
The cashier in her lane explained to her what was happening and I just about bursted in tears. So I kept answering his questions. I got my husband involved and showed him the love of Christ.

Then as we were leaving – I prayed for the young man…….and the woman laughing at him.
Thats how you change the world. Don’t get me wrong I wanted to tell her how wrong she was. But…
We don’t need people screaming in our faces how wrong we are.
We don’t need people pushing political opinions on us.
We need to be patient (as we can be – after all we are human) and we need to pray.
Pray for each other.
Pray for the lost.
And pray that God uses us in everything we do.
8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:
“Whom shall I send,
And who will go for Us?”
Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
