she shook her head. NO. Not again. the dark threatened to overtake her. NO. She kept cleaning her house. She had been keeping the dark at bay but today? It creeped ever so closer to her.
NO

NO
you are fat
No
you are not worthy of love
Tears fell down her face.
not again, she whispered.
The dark swooped over her like a cloud; i have you now, it seemed to say. Her soul felt the weight of the dark. She felt angry. Angry that she was treated this way. Angry that no one treated her like she should be treated. She was angry no one loved her like she wanted. She wanted to fight back….she wanted….she wanted….
Jesus, her quiet shaky voice finally said, Jesus.
the dark seemed to let up.
She let the fears and tears overtake her
Jesus I cant take this anymore. Help me please.
The air blew her hair slightly…she felt the weight lift. She started to smile when she felt a touch on her shoulder. When she looked up? She saw …. He was there and had always been with her.
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
