Doctors

So I’m gonna try to write this without being upset. I went to my doctors appointment yesterday and was turned away. Even after I told them I needed meds refilled and I was a chronic illness sufferer.

So here’s how it went. I have several chronic illnesses for which I take meds for. One is considered a narcotic so it’s highly regulated. My previous doctor only gave me one month worth of the prescription; which is up this Monday. It’s currently the Tuesday before. Which would’ve been fine cause I had the doctors appointment. Well … I think not.

I went to the appointment yesterday and I took my kids with me. According to Georgia law? I am not supposed to leave them alone at home. So I went with the kids.

I walk in and there are several signs saying “no visitors” in the appointment. Well they couldnt mean my kids.

Oh yeah they did.

Not only that? They told me that office doesn’t allow kids in the building at all…get that.

By Gods good grace alone I was able to get another appointment – on Monday. Somehow I need to figure out what to do with the kids.

I praise you Lord for you are in control of it all. I praise you Lord for you are God. Please forgive me for my doubts and fears. I thank you Lord for always being there for me. I thank you Lord that you allowed me to get an appointment so soon, but Lord I am so confused. Please grant me wisdom and grace. Please help me figure out what to do for this appointment. I commit this all to you and ask that you go before me and provide a way. Thank you Lord.
