Well…I finally got a blood pressure machine. I’ve only been keeping track of my heart rate. I had been reading more and more about POTS and noticing my feet were getting swollen frequently. So I got one. Well this is … new huh?
Oh wait this gets better .. notice my pulse? Yeah. If my BP is that high … my heart rate shouldn’t be that low. And that day (Saturday)? my lowest heart rate was 50. Oh wait here’s another..
That’s from today. Monday. 2 days later. Huh.
Lord I don’t know what’s happening, im scared. But I’m putting my hope and trust in you. I commit this into your hands cause you are the only one who can heal me and sustain me.
